The Foundation is creating a Workforce and Leadership Institute that will provide education and research to develop leaders within the health information profession to be able to lead in the workplace, the local community, and national levels. The Foundation anticipates reinvesting some funding from current Department of Labor-funded activities into a “Workforce Development Institute” that will include 3 tracks: Leadership, Research, and Apprenticeship.
