The Leadership Institute is a five-day training and development program designed for the Fraternity’s top undergraduate campus and community leaders.
Programming includes outdoor challenges, large and small group discussions, high and low ropes courses, and team-building activities. While Delta Sigma Phi is a common bond for all participants, the curriculum is centered on personal leadership and organizational development, both within and outside the context of fraternity.
Delta Sigma Phi’s Leadership Institute is offered free of charge for all participants, this includes travel, lodging, and meals.
The 2017 Leadership Institute will be held July 21-25 in Brookston, IN.
Please contact Lynsy Karrick, Assitant Director of Education, at email@example.com with any questions.
Participants must be initiated members of Delta Sigma Phi (at the time of the program) and in good standing.
At the time of attendance, participants must have completed two full years of college and must be enrolled as an undergraduate student during the next full academic term (i.e. - Fall 2017).
Participants must demonstrate high academic performance and have a proven record of campus and community involvement.
