2017: Ball State University Distinct Advantage Scholarship

The Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity at Ball State University offers five scholarships totaling $3,500. Applicants are eligible for:

- Two $1,000 scholarships
- Three $500 scholarships

Since 1865, Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity has been a provider for amazing lifetime opportunities to collegiate men. Regarded as America’s Leadership Development Fraternity, Alpha Tau Omega provides students the means to do more with their college experience. Founded in 1972, the Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity at Ball State University prides itself in developing college men into leaders both on and off campus. In the words of Founder Otis Allan Glazebrook, “Alpha Tau Omega holds before the young men of the country an ideal and something greater than a mere intellectual ideal. Alpha Tau Omega stands for heart as well as head. It has given men a true ideal of life.”

Requirements for consideration for the awards are:

Incoming Male attending Ball State University
Enrolled as a full-time student
Have a minimum cumulative grade point average of a 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
