The School Nutrition Foundation (SNF) and Winston Foodservice are committed to school foodservice. Now in its eighth year, the Winston Foodservice Equipment Grant program will award equipment to one (1) school district in need of improving its school meal kitchen facilities through a competitive grant process.
Equipment received from this award will consist of 10 pieces of equipment from Winston Foodservice, which includes:
Winston Foodservice will work closely with the grant winner to determine its needs and help make final selections as well as arrange delivery of the equipment to the district.
Applicants must be:
-Current director-level members of the School Nutrition Association, who have been members of SNA for at least one year (since at least January 1, 2017)
-Responsible for directing the school nutrition program of the school district
Applications must represent the entire school district’s equipment needs.
Applications will be reviewed for need, plan to integrate new equipment and impact of new equipment on school nutrition program.
Only the first 75 submitted applications will be considered for this grant. Once 75 applications have been submitted, the grant will be closed.
