This form is for students wishing to RENEW "special scholarships" they have previously received from Connecticut Community Foundation. We call them "special" scholarships since the application criteria are different from our "general" scholarships.

Special scholarship applications are evaluated by volunteer reviewers and awarded on a competitive basis with consideration given to academic record, extracurricular activities, work experience, financial need, recommendation letter, and an essay. Final decisions are made by the Board of Trustees of Connecticut Community Foundation. Students who are relatives of Connecticut Community Foundation trustees, scholarship reviewers or staff members are ineligible to apply for scholarships.
Announcement of final awards will be made in early June. Scholarship awards typically range in size and are payable to the school the student plans to attend.

- Re-applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA of B- (2.75) or higher.
